Every design company has a page like this, and most of them say the same six things. Creative team. Quality work. Affordable pricing. Customer satisfaction. Timely delivery. Innovative solutions.

Read those and you learn nothing, because nobody writes the opposite. No agency advertises slow delivery and mediocre design. A list of adjectives that every competitor could also claim is not a reason to choose anybody.

So this page tries to be useful instead. Here is what we actually do, how long it actually takes, what you actually get at the end, and the kind of client we are honestly the wrong choice for. If that last part talks you out of hiring us, it has saved us both a difficult month.

First, What DESIGNMAZA Actually Is

DESIGNMAZA is a design service company working across five areas: engineering design, website design and development, graphic design, social media marketing, and consultancy.

It was founded by Mahesh Vyas, who works in the company as an engineer and designer. That matters more than it sounds, and it leads directly into the first real reason below.

Our office is in Paratwada, and we work with businesses across Amravati, Nagpur, Nashik, Akola, Akot, Wardha, Yavatmal and the towns around them.

1. Engineering and Design Under One Roof

This is the genuinely unusual thing about us, and it is the reason most of our clients came to us in the first place.

Most design agencies can build you a website and a logo. Almost none of them can also produce a 2D manufacturing drawing, a 3D model, a reverse engineered part or a design analysis. Most engineering firms can do all of that and cannot make anything look good.

We do both. On the engineering side that means 3D modeling, 2D drawing, analysis, reverse engineering and optimization of engineering models, working in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Blender. On the design side it means websites, branding, print and social media.

If you manufacture something, this combination is worth real money to you. Your product drawings, your catalogue, your website and your exhibition material can come from one team that understands both the engineering and the presentation. No explaining your product twice. No designer who does not know what a tolerance is, and no engineer producing a brochure that looks like a spreadsheet.

2. We Are Local, and We Will Come to You

Our office is in Paratwada, roughly 50 km from Amravati city. About an hour on the road.

So briefings happen at your office. Product photography happens at your premises, with your real products and your real staff. Handover training happens in person, with your team sitting in front of the screen. None of it over a video call that keeps freezing.

There is no travel charge for the first visit.

This sounds like a small thing until you have tried to explain a manufacturing process, a fabric, or the layout of a showroom over WhatsApp. Some things need somebody to physically stand there and look. We would rather drive an hour than guess.

3. We Finish the Job, Including the Printing

A lot of design work gets delivered as a folder of files and stops there. Then you spend two weeks discovering that your printer needs a different format, the bleed is wrong, and the colours came out nothing like the screen.

For print items we take it to the end. You approve the design, we print it, and we deliver it to your address, typically within three to five business days after approval. Visiting cards, flyers, brochures, catalogues, stickers.

You also see the first design within 24 to 48 hours of sending us your brief, so you know quickly whether we have understood you. 4. Written Timelines, and a Dashboard to Watch Them

Vague promises are the most common complaint people have about design work, so we put numbers on it before starting.

A standard business website takes about two to three weeks from the day you hand over your content. Ecommerce and larger catalogue sites take four to six weeks. Print design is two to ten days depending on the item, then three to five days for printing and delivery. You get this in writing before any work begins, not as a verbal assurance.

Once your project starts you get a dashboard where you can see your orders, follow project progress, check billing, read notifications and raise a support request. You do not have to phone somebody to find out where your job stands.

On revisions, the number depends on your package. Starter packages include two design revisions, mid packages include five, and premium packages come with unlimited revisions until you are actually happy. We would rather tell you the number upfront than discover the disagreement at revision three.

5. You Own What You Paid For

This is the question we wish more people asked before paying anybody, including us.

Your domain should be registered in your name. You should have the admin login to your own website and hosting. You should receive your design files in usable formats, which for us means JPG, PNG and print ready PDF, along with editable source files such as CDR or PSD depending on your package.

If an agency owns your domain, they own your address on the internet, and moving away from them later becomes a negotiation instead of a decision. Ask us this. Ask everybody this.

6. Marathi and English, Written Properly

A large share of your customers search and read in Marathi. Running English copy through an automatic translator produces sentences a Marathi reader can immediately tell were not written by a person, and that costs you trust in the first few seconds.

We write and structure both languages properly. It matters for search as well, because somebody typing in Marathi and somebody typing in English are very often looking for the same shop.

7. We Give a Lot Away Free

There are thirteen tools on this site that cost nothing and require no sign up. An image compressor, an image cropper, a QR code generator, a colour picker, a mockup generator, photo to PDF and back again, a GST calculator, Hindi typing, a notepad and more. Two things worth knowing about them. They run entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded to us or anybody else. And there is no account, no watermark and no trial limit.

We also publish what we know rather than keeping it back, which is why this blog explains how to grow your business online and how to write a tagline in enough detail that you could do it yourself. Some readers will, and that is fine. The ones who would rather not tend to call us.

What It Costs and How You Pay

Prices depend on scope, because a five page business website and a four hundred product ecommerce store are not the same job. What we can promise is that the quote tells you what is included and what the yearly running costs will be, so a renewal notice does not surprise you twelve months later.

You can pay through Razorpay, PayPal, cheque or another method that suits you. Payments made through Razorpay are secured by Razorpay, and our refund policy sets out the refund window in writing rather than leaving it to a conversation.

Who Should Not Hire Us

This is the section most companies leave out, and it is the most useful one on the page.

If price is your only consideration, we are not the cheapest. There is always somebody who will do it for less. Sometimes that is the right call, particularly if you genuinely just need a basic presence online this month. We would rather tell you that than talk you into something.

If you need it finished in three days, we will probably say no. A rushed website is a website you will replace next year. If you have a real deadline, tell us the date at the start and we will say honestly whether we can meet it.

If you cannot provide content and photographs, the timeline will slip. This is the single biggest cause of delay in our projects, and no agency can fix it from the outside. Your product list, rate card and team photos are the bottleneck. We will send you a list of exactly what to collect, but somebody at your end has to collect it.

If you want a very large agency with a 24 hour account team, that is not us. You will be working with a small team, and that cuts both ways. You get direct access to the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying messages. You do not get a department for everything.
