What is a Mockup Generator?
A mockup shows a design in the context it will actually live in, rather than as a rectangle on a white artboard. A logo sitting on a signage panel, a visiting card angled with a soft shadow, a poster inside a frame on a wall. That context is what lets a client judge the work, and it is why a mockup wins approval faster than the raw file does. Most mockup tools warp your artwork onto a stock photograph, which means a licence to worry about and a large image to download. Getting the sharpest result
Start from a file that is at least 1000 pixels on its longest edge, and larger if you plan to export at 3x. For a visiting card, design at 3.5 by 2 inches at 300 DPI, which gives you 1050 by 600 pixels and matches the shape of the card scenes exactly. For a logo, upload a PNG with a transparent background so the Brand Board and Signage scenes show your mark against the surface rather than against a white box. Flyer and poster scenes take their proportions from your file, so an A4 or A5 design keeps its exact shape with nothing cropped.
